1. How should I place my order?

As most orders require engraving and detail, the best way to order is to either EMAIL  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  or  Fax to : (705) 435-2232
A proof can be sent to the customer for viewing their order prior to completion.  

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our turnaround time, depending on the order, is about a week. If you require RUSH orders, please request it when you place the order.

3. Is engraving included in the price of the item?

No, engraving costs are extra. We would be happy to put a quote together for you once you have chosen your item(s).

4. How much does engraving cost?

It all depends on the order, as some orders require logos and some do not. We can provide you with a quote once we receive your details.

5. Do you offer pick up or free shipping?

      Actually we don’t offer pick up. We would like the customer to come to the store to            
place the order. But we can offer free delivery if an order is over $ 200.
